Job Position: General Laborer

Location: Johnsburg, IL 60051

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift, Tue-Thu, 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Description: We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with property cleanup and debris removal. This position involves cleaning residential and commercial properties, removing trash and unwanted materials, and preparing sites for occupancy, renovation, or maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physically demanding work in a variety of outdoor conditions. Duties and Responsibilities
Remove debris, trash, furniture, and other unwanted materials from residential and commercial properties.
Clean and prepare properties by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Assist with basic demolition, landscaping, and property maintenance when required.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Report property damage, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Work effectively as part of a team while completing assignments efficiently and professionally.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Previous general labor, cleanup, construction, landscaping, or property maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
