Once you have completed our online application process you will be invited to our office for interview. At that time, you will complete a few forms providing us necessary information to verify your work and educational experiences. You may be required to complete proficiency testing dependent upon the position you are being considered for. Once a job offer is extended, we will e-verify, drug screen, and in some instances refer you for a pre-employment physical. Background investigations vary based upon position requirements and our client’s written hiring policies. Through an electronic on-boarding process, we will immerse you in corporate policies, safety training, and culture, while automating and reducing paperwork. We will stay in close contact with you throughout your probationary period ensuring job clarity and satisfaction.
