Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: McHenry, IL 60050
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Description:
We are currently hiring for an experienced customer service representativein McHenry, IL. If you are positive and energetic with a great phonepresence and have worked in a call center environment before, we’re lookingfor you! As a customer service representative, you’ll be working the firstshift from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday after finishingyour training working 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities

Professionally resolves issues by phone in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Actively participates in continuous improvement to systems, identifying opportunities to enhance the quality of service and customer interactions.

Conducts detailed product resolution specific to warranty guidelines.

As part of continuous quality improvement, documents customer interaction and reports suggestions and complaints including any instance of injury.

Collects and maintains customer records as part of the customer relations management software.

Investigates and resolves product and return inquiries.

Routinely achieves department metrics.

Researches order fulfillment requests and investigates status inquiries.

Actively assists in problem solving; achieve first call resolution.

Performs all other duties as assigned or as may be required from time to time.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum one year experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred but not required; measured by metrics desired.

6 months of call center experience required

Data Entry experience required

Strong multi-tasking and computer skills to navigate multiple systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English.

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
