Description

Summary:

Provide professional service to all customers.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming customer phone calls or emails in a professional, timely manner.
  2. Notify the Sample Department of requests via a sample request forın or email.
  3. Complete forms for changes to files in production or for file pulls.
  4. Manage freight quotes for small or larger quantities.
  5. Type sales quotes from the SAP computer system.
  6. Ensure communication with Design Centre about larger orders.
  7.  Complete additional projects as assigned by management
  8. Complete cross-training in other areas of the company to become familiar with the order flow.

Requirements:

  1. Type 30-40 words per minute.
  2. Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions and to express ideas effectively verbally and in writing.
  3. Able to work with a variety of skilled/unskilled, professional and administrative personnel.
  4. Knowledgeable about office administration, telephones and computers.
  5. Possess effective interpersonal skills.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
  7. Basic computer skills
  8. Able to work 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
